MASSAGE SERVICES

Swedish Massage
$100/90 min,$60/60 mins,$40/40 mins
Treatment involves rebalancing the mind and body with firm but gentle revitalizing strokes. Beneficial for specific aliments and chronic muscle fatigue.

Deep Tissue
$80/60 mins, $55/30 mins
Treatment involves little use of oil so that deeper layers of muscle tissue are treated. The scent of aromatherapy seduces the mind while essential oils are applied to your most achy areas to relieve tension and stress.

Sports Massage
$70/70 mins
Involves massaging and stretching the entire body to stimulate and recharge tired over used muscles. Beneficial to athletes for pre and post sports events.

Hot Stone Massage
$110/90 mins,$90/60 mins
Treatment involves warmed stones gliding across the body, offering nurturing and relaxing benefits. Hot stone therapy is very helpful during times of anxiety, sleeplessness and stress. Also proven to dissolve tension, melt pain, strain and muscle aches away, while gently improving circulation.

Prenatal Massage

Recommended for expectant mothers in their 2nd and 3rd trimester only. Prenatal massage is a natural touch therapy treatment aimed at alleviating pregnancy related symptoms.

Serenity Signature Massage

Treatment involves the use of breathing, stretching, and mind clearing techniques aimed to enrich the spirit. Ends with a detoxifying massage and an organic herbal tea to empower you from within, balancing yin and yang. Your life force will increase, and you will learn to breathe correctly and develop a better sense of awareness.

*Non-members of the YMCA are subject to a $5 increase for ALL services.

SERENITY SPA POLICIES

FOR RESERVATIONS: Please CALL Serenity Spa at 617-661-9622 and dial ext. 701 for the Front Desk to schedule an appointment or ext. 714 to leave a message. Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment. Cash and credit cards will be the only methods accepted for payment.

PRICES AND GRATUITIES: All Spa treatments and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Gratuity can be in cash, and are not included for individual treatments.

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY: All sales on services and gift certificates are final. There are no refunds for any services performed.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift Certificates have no cash value and are not exchangeable. They are good towards services or products only. Gift Certificates are not refundable, non-transferable or redeemable for cash.

RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES: At Serenity Spa, clients receiving treatments have the right, and also the responsibility to communicate openly about their treatment during the treatment. If you have a special request to make your treatment more enjoyable, please do not hesitate to ask. If there are certain treatments you wish your therapist not to perform such as work on your feet, your face, your abdomen or scalp or hair please communicate your desires. In addition, you have the obligation to let your therapist know about any health related conditions that could potentially cause you discomfort or harm during the course of your treatment. This would include, but is not limited to pregnancy, recent surgeries, injuries, high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, sensitivity and any other allergies. Our services are designed to nurture, relax, restore and to meet your specific needs.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your treatment, we ask for a 24-hour advance notice for individual appointments and 72 hours for packages.
