Cardio In The Water with Ann

Monday/Wednesday/Friday    9:00 – 9:50am

What is it?

A combination of  Water Aerobics, Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, Kick Boxing, and Ballet.   This course is designed to increase aerobic fitness levels, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility.

The class will begin with some very simple combinations and exercises to get the basics of water fitness. Once everyone feels confident the instructor will move into more challenging and complexed choreography.
