Dear Members:

The Cambridge Family YMCA has been serving the Cambridge community for over 100 years. Our goal is to provide members with a wide range of programs for people of all ages and abilities. We try to offer our members the latest in fitness and wellness trends, such as spinning, yoga, meditation, and belly dance. For adults who aren’t sure how to achieve their fitness goals, we now offer affordable nutritional counseling and personal training. Our wide range of classes and services provide members with the skills and motivation they need to develop a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

Kids can grow up strong and healthy at the Cambridge Family YMCA, too. We are on the front line, fighting America’s childhood obesity crisis. We help kids learn to love physical activity with great programs like Stretch & Grow and toddler swim lessons, and then we keep them coming to the YMCA throughout their pre-teen and teen years with fencing, plyometrics, and karate. In addition to our traditional programs like swim team and youth basketball, we have programs for the artistically minded, like theater classes and a new ballroom dance program (coming soon!).

If you have any ideas about the types of programs you would like to see offered, or have any suggestions or comments,  please feel free to give me a call me at (617) 661-9622 x716 or email nobrien@cambymca.org.

Sincerely,
Nancy J. O’Brien, President & CEO
